Please prepare an envelope with my gift or tip prior to our meeting. This is customary and shows sincerity. Also please do not attempt to discuss or negotiate tips or gifts on the phone nor in person. I will not engage in such and will immediately remove myself.

For Clients whom are unable to provide references, I do require that we meet for a lunch or dinner date to get to know each other better and for both of us to feel totally comfortable. Please prepare an envelope for our Lunch or Dinner Date with 100.00. This is for my time for the Lunch or Dinner Date. Please hand me this at the date, then we may move on to our One on One Time...wink.
